Only on a Mac....
...does the word "moonbeam" come up as a suggested spelling for a proper name.
I'm guessing on a PC the word "moonbeam" doesn't even appear in the dictionary.

And the Walls, Come Tumbling Down
We turned a major corner in our home remodeling project yesterday--the demolition of a large chunk of the existing structure, including about 25 feet of concrete block walls from floor to ceiling. With the floor and roof and walls completed for the addition, we actually cut away a large portion of the house that used to form the exterior walls, and that are now inside the new structure.
Now, when I say we I mean that in the sense that we designed the addition and paid to get the work done. The actual cutting and hauling away of, oh, let's say a ton or three of concrete was done by two Jamaican dudes, who like most of the people we've had working on the house busted their humps to get the work done. It was heavy, dirty, and very dusty work and I was more than happy to spend the day running errands or waiting outside for another round of sawing and hammering to come to a close.
Of course, being a geek, I had to record the deconstruction, so I did peek in for some quick snapshots and short videos during the day. For those of you who are interested you can have a look at the video and still shots I took while the guys were working. A little Flash video accompanied by some appropriate music from my buddy Steve Adler's band.
Enjoy!
